§ 3.06. Records; use as evidence; open to public.

The commission shall keep a complete record of all its proceedings and a copy from such record, certified by the city clerk, shall be competent evidence in all courts of this state.

The records of the commission proceedings shall be open to the public at all reasonable times under the supervision of the city clerk.
