§ 8-32. Delivery of newspapers and circulars upon the public right-of-way in specified zoning districts prohibited.

Newspaper or circular delivery in areas zoned RC-15, RM-15, RM-20, RM-30 or RM-40 shall be made to the door of the residence which is the object of the delivery. In no instance shall newspapers or circulars be delivered to any residentially zoned districts by making said delivery upon the public right-of-way.
