§ 16-11. Physical damage to trees, utility poles, signal.

(a)

No person shall injure in any manner any tree growing within any public right-of-way, public easement, or other public property.

(b)

No person shall attach posters or handbills, or cut, scratch or otherwise disfigure any telephone, telegraph, electric light, signal or other pole standing in a public right-of-way, public easement, or other public property in this city.
