§ 11-23. Same—Public property; real or personal.

It shall be unlawful for any person, unless authorized, licensed or invited, to injure, deface or otherwise destroy any real or personal public property within the city. In any prosecution or trial of any person charged with violating this section, the violation shall have the burden of proving that he had the consent of the property owner or the authorization, license or invitation.
