§ 4.08. Proclaiming elections.
Latest version.
All elections shall be proclaimed by the Mayor at least thirty (30) days prior thereto, and if the Mayor refuses or omits to make such proclamation, it shall be made by the Clerk, but want of proclamation shall not defeat the general election of the city officers.
