§ 8-22.1. Liens.

Latest version.

Failure to pay the full amount of any charges assessed pursuant to this section when due shall result in the City of Coral Springs filing a lien in the public records of Broward County. Such lien shall bear interest at the rate of eight (8) per cent per annum, from the date of recordation until paid.
