§ 7-191. Eligibility.

Latest version.

Each volunteer firefighter and retired volunteer firefighter shall be eligible to participate in the plan and shall participate in the plan effective as of the later of:
(a)

January 1, 1990; and

(b)

The date on which the individual is designated as a volunteer firefighter by the city.
