§ 25-2. Nuisance abatement board—Established; purpose.

A nuisance abatement board (referred to in this chapter as "the board") is hereby created to function as the administrative board authorized by F.S. § 893.138, to hear complaints and render decisions regarding the abatement of nuisances as defined in this chapter.
