§ 16-9. Disturbing safety devices prohibited.

With the exceptions of duly authorized public works and public safety employees of the city and the contractor legally responsible for placement of safety devices, no person shall break down, remove or interfere in any way with any safety device, barricade or lighting required by this Code without the written consent of the city engineer.
