§ 13-1. Police department administrative service fees.

(a)

Police department administrative service fees shall be as follows:

Records check (person) ..... $ 6.00

Records check (neighborhood criminal activity or incident) ..... 35.00

(3)

Reproduction of DUI (driving under the influence) videos ..... 50.00

(4)

Fingerprinting: Residents and nonresidents for fingerprinting required as a precondition for employment or other applications ..... 10.00

(5)

Photo identification cards ..... 15.00

(6)

Video reproduction, other than DUI videos ..... 27.00

(7)

Copy of accident photograph ..... 5.00

Off-duty employment for uniformed officers: In addition to the hourly rate for the uniformed officer, the user must pay the applicable permit fee, the required administrative fee and vehicle fee (if applicable). All rates and fees are billed at a three (3) hour minimum:

Firearms/training facility:

Other local, state and federal law enforcement agencies may reserve the firearms/training facility on an as-needed basis or on a guaranteed basis and shall enter into a license agreement with the City of Coral Springs prior to using the facility.

(a)

Reservations on an as-needed basis:

Law enforcement agencies may request reservations on an as-needed basis. Reservations on an as-needed basis shall be allocated upon the availability of the facility, per law enforcement officer, per day ..... 15.00

(b)

Guaranteed reservations:

Law enforcement agencies may request reservations on a guaranteed basis. Agencies with guaranteed reservations shall be given priority in scheduling the facility for users with license agreements, per month per law enforcement officer authorized in the agency's yearly budget ..... 15.00

(b)

Effective October 1, 2004, the fees shall be as provided in Chapter 3 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Coral Springs. Any and all other provisions of this section shall main in effect, to the extent not in conflict with the provisions of Chapter 3.
