§ 11-18. Trespass.

Latest version.

Any person entering or remaining in or upon the land, premises, residence, house or building of another without being authorized, licensed or invited by the owner or lessee of same, or having once been authorized, licensed or invited is asked to depart therefrom and refuses to do so, or having departed reenters without the consent of the owner or lessee is in violation of this Code. The penalty for any such violation shall be as provided in the general penalty section of this Code.
