§ 3.04. Qualifications of commissioners.

(a)

Each candidate for nomination and election as a member of the Commission shall:

(1)

Be a duly qualified elector of the city, and

(2)

Have resided in the city for the last past six (6) months immediately preceding the date of qualification.

(b)

The Commission shall be the judge of the election and qualification of its own members.

(c)

No member shall, after their election, during their term of office, hold any other public elective office.
