Garbage, trash and construction waste collections shall be conducted between the hours
of 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. with no service on Sunday. In an emergency situation, or
to maintain schedules due to holidays, the collector, with prior approval of the city
manager may deviate from the above schedule. No trash or garbage may be placed at
curbside earlier than 7:00 p.m. of the day preceding scheduled collection, and all
garbage cans, recycling containers and uncollected trash shall be removed from curbside
no later than 7:00 p.m. on the day of collection.
