§ 7-180. Discharge of hazardous substances is prohibited.

Discharge of hazardous substances upon any real or personal property within the corporate limits of the city is prohibited. Any responsible party found guilty of a violation of this section shall be issued a citation to appear in Broward County Court and shall be punished by a fine as otherwise provided by law.
