A property owner or his appropriate, designated agent or representative shall apply
to the city manager, or his designee, for a permit no later than ten (10) working
days before undertaking any activity requiring the use of explosives or blasting agents.
No such work shall commence until a city permit is issued.
Application for a permit shall be on a form approved by the city manager, accompanied
by a permit fee of twenty-nine dollars ($29.00) and proof that all necessary permits
have been obtained from Broward County and any other governmental agency or entity
having jurisdiction over the proposed activity.
