§ 7-199. General provisions.

(a)

Applicable law. This plan shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida where it was entered into and where it shall be enforced.

(b)

Rules of construction. Whenever the context so admits, the use of the masculine gender shall be deemed to include the feminine and vice versa; either gender shall be deemed to include the neuter and vice versa; and the use of the singular shall be deemed to include the plural and vice versa.
