§ 7-13. Authority to enter premises.

  • The agent, or any inspector thereof may, at all reasonable hours, enter any buildings or premises, except occupied residential dwellings, for the purpose of making any inspection, or investigation which, under the provisions of this code, he or they may deem necessary to be made. Occupied residential dwellings shall be entered and inspected pursuant to court order or when permission has been granted by an occupant with authority to consent.
