§ 2-119. Consistency with state law.

To the extent that any provision herein is inconsistent with Chapter 197, Florida Statutes, when the city employs the uniform method for the levy, collection, and enforcement of non-ad valorem assessments set forth in Chapter 197, the provisions of Chapter 197 shall prevail.
