§ 2-2.3.1. Mayor and commissioners not to be eligible for retirement benefits; exceptions.

Effective July 1, 1991, except for Coral Springs City Commissioners eligible for retirement benefits pursuant to sections 2-2.2 and 2-2.3 of this chapter, there shall be no pension plan for the mayor or any of the city commissioners and neither the mayor nor any city commissioner shall be eligible for retirement benefits from the city.
