§ 2-10. Incurring debts.

Latest version.

It shall be unlawful for the city in any one (1) year to incur a debt in excess of the appropriations for such year, except as provided in the charter, and except debts payable from the proceeds of bonds or other obligations or moneys lawfully available therefor from any source.
