§ 2-1. Special meetings of city commission.

  • The city clerk shall at the request of the mayor or on written request of three (3) or more commissioners, call special meetings of the city commission by notifying in writing or otherwise all of the members of the city commission that a special meeting has been called and supplying said members with the time, date and place thereof.

    Notification supplied to each city commissioner, pursuant to this section, whether in writing or otherwise, must be received at least four (4) hours prior to the scheduled time of said special meeting.
