§ 23-1. Declaration of intent.

It is the intent of the City of Coral Springs to create a community redevelopment agency and to prepare and adopt a community redevelopment plan in order to achieve the goals and objectives of Resolution No. 2001-018 and Resolution No. 2001-538 of Broward County and the purposes of Part III of the Community Redevelopment Act, F.S. Ch. 163.
