§ 22-5. Declaration of intent.

(a)

It is the intent of the city commission in the establishment of the charter school advisory board that this board shall act in an advisory capacity to the city commission in matters relating to the city's charter school.

(b)

It is the further intent and purpose in the creation of the Coral Springs Charter School Advisory Board that the board shall be advisory to the city commission on strategic and policy issues of the city's charter school.
