§ 21-10. Cooperation.

The city recognizes the complexity and administrative burden of cable rate regulation. The city shall administer this area fairly and reasonably, and shall attempt to accommodate franchisee's legitimate business concerns, except where doing so would unduly prejudice cable subscribers and the public interest.
