§ 18-6. Broward County Court; jurisdiction.

  • The county court of Broward County, Florida, shall have full and complete jurisdiction over all violations of Chapter 316, Florida Statutes, and the provisions of this chapter, when said violations are committed within the territorial limits of the city.
