No. 2008-109, § 2, adopted June 3, 2008, repealed §§ 16-3—16-5.2, which pertained to abandoned property; definitions; storing of abandoned property on public or private lands—Unlawful acts; same—Notice; related to abandoned property located on public property; same—Notice related to abandoned property located on private property; and immediate removal of abandoned property.
