§ 15-7. Appeals.

Any applicant who has been denied a certificate of compliance pursuant to the provisions of this chapter may file an appeal with the code enforcement board by requesting in writing to the city manager an appearance before the code enforcement board to review such denial. The appeal shall be heard by the code enforcement board within thirty (30) days of the filing of the appeal or at the next regularly scheduled code enforcement board meeting, whichever is sooner. The decision of the code enforcement board on appeal is subject to judicial review as provided by the Florida Statutes.
