§ 15-11. Enforcement procedures; non-conforming newsracks.

Within two hundred forty (240) days after this ordinance becomes effective and at the time thereafter, any newsrack in violation of any provision of this chapter shall be subject to the remedies afforded and due process under the provisions of chapter of the Code of the City of Coral Springs, Code Enforcement Board.
