Chapter 15½. SOLICITORS, CANVASSERS, PEDDLERS AND ITINERATE VENDORS

§ 15½-6. Surety bond.

Every applicant for a license under this chapter shall file with the city a surety bond, running to the city in the amount of one thousand dollars ($1,000.00), conditioned that the applicant shall comply fully with all the provisions of this Code and other ordinances of this city and state law regulating and concerning the business of solicitor.
