§ 15½-12. Penalty.

Civil penalty. The following schedule of civil penalties applies to this section:

(1)

First offense, one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00).

(2)

Second offense, two hundred dollars ($200.00).

(3)

Third offense, two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00).

(4)

Fourth offense, five hundred dollars ($500.00) and/or imprisonment for not more than sixty (60) days.
