§ 15½-10. Appeals.

  • Any person aggrieved by the action of the office of occupational licenses in denying the issuance of a license or revoking a license under this chapter shall have the right to appeal to the city manager or his designee. Such appeal shall be taken by filing with the city manager, or his designee, within twenty (20) days after notice of the action complained of has been mailed to such person's address as aforesaid, a written statement setting forth fully the ground for the appeal. The city manager or his designee shall set a time and place to hear the individual or group. The decision and order of the city manager or his designee shall be final and conclusive.
