§ 11-27. Penalty; violation of sections 11-21 through 11-26.

Latest version.

Any person convicted of violating sections 11-21 through 11-26 shall be punished by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00). In addition to such punishment, the court may, in imposing such sentence, order the offender to restore the property so defaced, damaged or destroyed.
