§ 11-25. Liability of minor imputed to parents.

Any act or willful misconduct of a minor which results in the unauthorized destruction, injury or defacement of the property of another or public property shall be imputed to the parent or guardian having custody of the minor. A parent or guardian having custody of a minor convicted under the provisions of this section, shall be liable for any fine assessed by the court, any court ordered restoration of property.

The parental responsibility imposed under this section shall be in addition to the liability imposed by Florida Statute 741.24 as amended.
